At Novapuro, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We ship worldwide!
1. Processing & Delivery Times Because we value sustainability, many of our products are made-to-order or shipped from specialized partners. This means your order might come in separate packages.

Made-to-Order Items (Novapuro Original Collection): These items (hoodies, t-shirts, etc.) are crafted specifically for you after you place an order.

Production time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: 5–14 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated time: 1–3 weeks.

Digital Products (E-Books): Available for download immediately after purchase. No shipping required.

Note on Holidays: During high-volume seasons (like Christmas), production and delivery times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100 €.
3. International Shipping & Customs We ship to most countries worldwide.

Customs & Duties: If you are ordering outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Novapuro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed at the post office or the address provided was incorrect, we are unable to refund the original shipping costs. If you wish to have the order reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
6. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@novapuro.com with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
