1. Ordering and Products

What does Novapuro sell? Novapuro is an online store offering inspiring and responsible products for holistic well-being. Our selection includes unique Novapuro Original design clothing, high-quality training gear, body care and mindfulness products, as well as charming items for children and digital e-books. All our products are selected to promote well-being and sustainable choices.

What are Novapuro Original products? Novapuro Original products are our own unique designs, manufactured on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis. This means the product is printed or made only after you have placed an order. This production method is eco-friendly as it minimizes overproduction and material waste. It also ensures that you receive a personalized product made just for you.

How do I choose the right size? We strongly recommend checking the size chart and measurements found on each clothing product page before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly between products. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service—we are happy to assist!

2. Shipping

What are the shipping costs? We want to keep shipping simple and affordable.

  • Finland: 5.90 € (Free shipping on orders over 100 €).

  • International (EU, USA, Canada): 9.90 €.

  • Rest of the World: Calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take? Novapuro products are shipped from various suppliers, which allows for a wide and diverse selection. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the product:

  • Novapuro Original products (Print-on-Demand): These items are printed or made individually for you after ordering. The production process typically takes 2–7 business days, after which shipping usually takes 5–14 business days. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 weeks.

  • Other supplier products (e.g., Brand sportswear, Water bottles, Natural cosmetics): Delivery time for these items is typically 5–10 business days.

  • Digital products (e-books): Digital products are available for download immediately after payment or via a link sent to your email. There is no shipping time.

Please note: During holidays (e.g., Christmas) or major campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer. A more precise delivery estimate is always visible on the product page and at checkout.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return ordered products? Yes, you have a 14-day right of return for unopened and unused products starting from the day you receive them. Exceptions apply to custom-made products and digital products.

How do I make a return?

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning a product, please email us at info@novapuro.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please also state the reason for the return so we can improve our service.

  2. Return Address: Since Novapuro Original products are made to order and our products come from different suppliers, the return address varies case by case. Our customer service will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

  3. Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns for Novapuro Original products (Print-on-Demand): We are committed to eco-friendly production that avoids overproduction. This means every Novapuro Original item is made specifically for you after your order. Therefore, it is critically important to check size charts and product details carefully before ordering. We aim to minimize returns to reduce waste, and we ask for your understanding that we apply stricter return conditions to these items compared to stock items. However, defective or incorrectly delivered products will always be fully replaced or refunded.

What if the product is defective or incorrect? If you have received a defective or wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@novapuro.com, attaching photos of the defect and your order number. We will replace the product without delay at no extra cost to you.

When will I receive my refund? Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
