NOVAPURO RETURN POLICY

At Novapuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because we operate as a sustainable brand avoiding overproduction, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Returns You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition (resalable), clean, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

EXCEPTIONS - Please read carefully: The right of return does not apply to:

  • Made-to-Order Items (Novapuro Original Collection): Products manufactured specifically for you after ordering are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal unless they are defective.

  • Digital Products: E-books or digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Hygiene Items: Underwear, swimwear, or opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Make a Return IMPORTANT: Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Since our products may come from different facilities, the return address varies.

  1. Email us at info@novapuro.com.

  2. Include your Name, Order Number, and the reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Packages sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns sent as "Cash on Delivery".

4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@novapuro.com.

  • Attach a photo of the defect and your order number.

  • We will send you a free replacement or offer a full refund.

  • You do not need to pay return shipping for defective items.

5. Sustainability Note Every Novapuro Original item is made just for you to reduce waste. Please check the size guides carefully before ordering to minimize the need for returns. We appreciate your support in making fashion more sustainable!
